Can I fix my garage door by myself?
It's not really a good idea. Your garage door is made up of a lot of different parts, some of which, like the springs, are under enormous amounts of tension. If mishandled, these parts can break and inflict serious injury. It's always better to call our team of trained professionals when you find yourself facing a problem.
My garage door is damaged. Do I need to change the entire door or just the damaged panel?
That will depend on just how much damage there is. If only one panel got damaged then that's all you'll need to replace. If the damage is more extensive, you may need to replace the entire door. It also depends on how old your door is and the availability of your existing panel type. Our specialized team will inspect your damaged door and give you the right advice on how to tackle this pesky problem.
Why do garage doors become noisy?
Garage doors can be noisy to begin with. They are large complex mechanisms, comprised of many different moving parts. Their noise level depends mostly on the model of their opener, the chain-drive models being the loudest and belt-drive models the least noisy. However, the noises your garage door makes while operating will get worse the more wear and tear damage its moving components accumulate. Professional lubrication maintenance can help reduce most of that noise.
